Funding for CCBDSN (Colleton County Board of Disabilities & Special Needs) is derived from the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs, Colleton Disabilities Foundation, local civic organizations and donations. These funding sources are vital to the success and continued operations of the critical services performed by over 110 Staff members, Management and the Board.
CCBDSN also welcomes donations for consumers and their caregivers in need of these vital services. Monetary donations are always needed and welcomed!
CCBDSN also seeks to raise public awareness about life-long disabilities and encourage others to offer time, talent and financial resources to help special people maximize their abilities to enhance the quality of their day-to-day lives and that of their loved ones.
The Colleton Disabilities Foundation is recognized as a non-profit 501-(c) 3 entity and all contributions are tax deductible.
